Sound packs for the Sound Themer in the free SlyPilot. Every pack here is free to use and to share, says who made its sounds, and carries its licence inside it.
In SlyPilot: Sound Themer > Add a pack... > Get more packs... (or say "get more sound packs"). A pack is downloaded only when you click it, checked (its SHA-256 must match this page's list), and shown on a card before anything changes. You can also download a .slysound file below and double-click it.

For every pack, SlyPilot converted the sounds to WAV files Windows can play, named them after the Windows events they play for, evened out the volume of the whole pack and cut SlyPilot's frequent feedback sounds (command done, not understood) to their first quarter second where the original was long; the pack's LICENSE.txt says exactly that, with the full licence. Every pack is checked for sounds too quiet to hear before it is listed.
Every event covered. These packs ask SlyPilot to fill the events they have no sound for from their own sounds: a reminder takes the pack's notification, an unlock its sign-in, and SlyPilot's dictation start and stop cues are short cuts of its rising and falling sounds. So a 28-sound pack still sounds like itself everywhere. The pack's panel in the Sound Themer counts what is its own and what is borrowed; untick the box on the card if you would rather keep the Windows sounds for those events.

Made a pack? Make a pack... > From a style makes a whole one on your PC, and Start a new pack folder writes a guide to every sound and a ready prompt per sound for AI sound tools; Share this pack turns it into one .slysound file. The Sound Themer guide has the pack format. We list packs that:
- are your own work, or use only sounds under CC0 or CC BY / CC BY-SA (with every maker credited in the pack's Credits),
- hold no sounds taken from games, films, TV or other operating systems (also not "remixed"),
- have a name, a licence and a picture, and sound about as loud as Windows' own sounds (Even out the volume does that).
Send the .slysound file through the support page with the line "Sound gallery". We listen to every pack before it is listed.
