SlyPilot Pro End User License Agreement (EULA)

A perpetual license to use the SlyPilot Pro programs (offline GPU/CPU AI speech dictation, phone remote trackpad/keyboard/mirror, natural neural voices, and meeting notes) on up to 3 personal computers owned or operated by you. Each license key is cryptographically signed and personal to you.

SlyPilot Core (virtual desktop companion, touch dock, radial menu, snap layouts, everyday utilities, and command palette) is free and open-source under the MIT license, and remains fully functional without a license. Third-party components retain their respective open licenses.

Your license includes all releases and updates of SlyPilot Pro issued within one (1) year of purchase. Versions released during your active period work indefinitely offline without requiring renewals. After one year, major updates can be optionally accessed via a discounted renewal ($19/year).

You may install and activate the software on up to 3 machines for personal or business use. You may not redistribute, resell, lease, sublicense, or publish your license key, nor remove or circumvent cryptographic license checks.

SlyPilot Pro operates entirely offline on your hardware. Audio recordings, meeting transcripts, keystrokes, and speech models are processed locally and never transmitted to external cloud servers. License validation occurs via local cryptographic verification.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the software is provided as is without warranties of any kind. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the software license.
